Classroom Parties

SIGN UP TO BE A ROOM PARENT FOR CLASSROOM PARTIES: Help plan and actively run a party in your child’s classroom! 

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROOM PARENTS:

  • Each party will have 4 parent volunteers running the activities

  • A Head Room parent is needed for each class as well

  • Must be willing to submit identification through the Raptor system in the office for each party

  • Must be a current PTO Members

  • Room parent slots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Only Room Parents on the list for each party will be allowed in the classroom

WHAT IS A HEAD ROOM PARENT:  The head room parent serves as the main contact between the classroom teacher and coordinating the party planning with the other parent volunteers. Additional details for head room parents can be found on SignUp Genius. 

 PARTY DATES:

·        Halloween Party – Tuesday, October 31st at 2:00 p.m.  

·        Winter Party – Thursday, December 21st at 2:00 p.m. 

·        Valentine’s Day Party – Wednesday, February 14th at 2:00 p.m.

Signing up online does not automatically assign you to a party or a head room parent role. You will receive an email confirming which party & confirming any Head Room Parent assignments.

Head room parents can work with the teacher to send a request to all the parents in the class to help donate party supplies or financial contributions to help pay for supplies.
